Name of the Game: “Getting to Know You”

Instructions:

—  Divide the class into pairs

—  Get the list of items to ask

Person A

1.      The first name of a person who influenced you most.

2.      The reasons why he/she influenced you

3.      The objectives of life

4.      The name of the job would you like to have if you choose any job in the world.

5.      The potentials that you can contribute to making a better world

Person B

1.      Two things you really enjoy doing

2.      The favorite possessions

3.      The positive contributions of your hobby to yourself and society

4.      The description of a prosperous society

5.      The potential that you can contribute to making a prosperous society 

—  Make questions to find intended points to know. You are encouraged to ask follow-up questions so that the more information to get is better.

For examples:

Ø Who is your hero?

Ø Why do you adore her/him?

Ø Where do you like to go in vacation?

Ø What are the interesting things there?

Ø What did you do in your spare time?

Ø How often do you do that?

Ø What position do you want to reach at job?

—  Make a written report of the survey. Make it in an essay of 250 to 300 words.

For example:

Let me introduce my friend, his name is Windi. He is from Sidoarjo but he was born in Blora on September 24, 1998. Windi is studying at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology at department of Ocean Engineering.  He has two brothers who are studying in this university too but different departments.

He likes to go to Sedudo, a water fall in Nganjuk when he has school vacation. The air is still fresh around there. (etc)
